Then there is that waiting list for the tenderloin, flank and skirt...oh, and we usually have a waiting list for the Oxtails. YES! Oxtails are ALL THE RAGE! Who knew? Oh, organ meats often have waiting lists, too. If you are interested in these cuts, please ask. You see there are only, like, 1 tail per cow...supplies are just more limited of these cuts. Then the tenderloin/New York Strip is the same chunk of meat as the T-bone. We try to mix it up, but it just limits our quantities of these fine cuts. However, contact us, and we will see what we can do to hook you up with these more rare cuts. We can add you to a list or something. And, like us on Facebook.
